Trouble joining a room, a case that won't unlock, or a purchase question? Email support@coldcaseparty.com with the email you used at checkout and the case or bundle involved. Refund requests are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.

Help during a game

If your group is stuck mid-investigation, use the in-game support chat from the game menu — it reaches us directly while your room stays live. For anything that can wait until after the credits roll, email works too.
