How to request a refund

• Within 14 days of purchase, contact support through the in-app chat or by replying to your purchase receipt email.
• Include your purchase email and the case (or bundle) you bought.
• We process refunds within 5 business days through the original payment method.

Bundle purchases are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day window. After that period, refunds are handled case-by-case for technical issues.
