How long does it take?

Most cases run 45 to 60 minutes. Plan 75 with intros and the regroup.

Does anyone need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on laptops, phones, and tablets. Players join with a room code.

Is there a host from ColdCase Party?

No, and that's what keeps the price low and the scheduling simple. Your organizer runs the video call and team leads open the rooms. The game guides everyone through the case. We're on email if you need setup help.

Can teams compete?

Yes. Give every squad the same case and start together. Rooms run independently, so there's no shared live scoreboard. Compare verdicts when you regroup.

How do people get access?

One private event link is emailed to your checkout email address and is also available on the purchase confirmation page; inbox delivery is not guaranteed. Share it only with trusted captains, since anyone holding it can open a room. Captains need no account or individual purchase for this event license. Players receive a separate per-room join link or code from their captain. Captain and player names are self-entered, not verified identities. Players never pay or sign up.
